Beyond project delivery, the PMO serves as the central coordination between retailers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, internal business units, and regulatory authorities. We facilitate approvals, monitor project progress, manage risks, resolve construction and maintenance challenges, track budgets, oversee contractor performance, and ensure that all documentation, compliance requirements, and governance processes are completed accurately and on time.

We deliver turnkey new installations, including Above Ground Storage Tanks (ASTs), BTFS pump systems, and FAMS & ATG technologies, managing projects from planning through commissioning and handover.
Through our Comprehensive Asset Service Management (CASM) approach, we offer both preventative and reactive maintenance services, including scheduled servicing, equipment assessments, system calibration, emergency breakdown response, fault diagnostics, repairs, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to maximise uptime and asset lifespan.
Our advanced asset monitoring solutions provide real-time equipment and fuel inventory monitoring, ATG system oversight, performance analytics, alarm management, predictive maintenance insights, and operational reporting. KDR (Knock Down & Rebuild)
Where existing infrastructure has reached the end of its operational life or requires complete redevelopment for strategic development, our Knock Down & Rebuild (KDR) projects provide a full site transformation. These projects include demolition, civil works, fuel infrastructure replacement, retail construction, forecourt development, canopy construction, branding, and commissioning to deliver modern, future-ready service stations.
Underground Storage Tanks (UST)
Our PMO manages specialised underground storage tank projects that prioritise safety, environmental compliance, and operational reliability. These projects include tank installations, tank replacements, pipework upgrades, leak detection systems, fuel line replacements, environmental remediation, testing, certification, and commissioning in accordance with industry regulations and best practices.

Moov Energy partners with FreshStop to deliver convenience retail developments that combine quality fuel services with modern retail experiences. These projects include new FreshStop store installations, refurbishments, retail fit-outs, and forecourt enhancements that create convenient destinations for travellers and local communities.

Astron Energy – FreshStop Stoneridge
The FreshStop Stoneridge development represents a Greenfield (New to Industry – NTI) project, where a vacant piece of land was transformed into a fully operational, modern fuel and retail destination. The PMO team managed the end-to-end delivery, ensuring seamless execution across all disciplines.
